Refund eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in its original packaging, and in new, unused condition. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been installed, used, or damaged.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange process: If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at snagaperformanceparts@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and place a new order. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the original product.

Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for a refund or exchange. The customer will cover the cost of shipping the new product as well.

Consumer protection regulations: Our refund policy complies with all relevant consumer protection regulations, including the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of the product and the right to a refund if the product is defective or does not match the description.
