  1. Order processing times: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of order placement. Orders must be communicated and placed via email: snagaperformanceparts@gmail.com.  Please note that during peak periods or holiday seasons, processing times may be longer.

  2. Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We will inform you of the price of shipping before the final sale. For international orders, shipping costs will also be calculated during the email conversation.

  3. Domestic and international shipping options: We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

  4. Potential service interruptions: In the event of a service interruption due to weather, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify affected customers as soon as possible and make every effort to resolve the issue and minimize any impact on your order.
